Individual service contract forecast

2. Procedure: Restricted international tender.
3. Programme: EDF 9th (Intra-ACP Funds).
4. Financing: Financing Agreement.
5. Contracting authority: European Commission, on behalf of the ACP countries, B-Brussels.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based.
7. Contract description: The contractor will, on the basis of an all-inclusive contract, be responsible for editing, writing, translation, layout, printing, distribution, mailing list and storage of the magazine 'Courier ACP-EU'.
8. Indicative maximum budget: EUR 3 400 000.
9. Intended timing of publication: October 2005.
10. Additional information: According to Article 23.6 of Annex IV of the Cotonou Agreement, the European Commission has been mandated to select the contractor, negotiate and draw up the services contract on behalf of the Regional Authorising Officer (RAO).
11. Legal basis: ACP-EC Partnership Agreement signed at Cotonou on 23.6.2000.

The European Union (EU) and Group of African Caribbean and Pacific States
