·                 Progress report on the state of implementation of the decisions and undertakings set out in the Libreville and Santo Domingo Declarations; and

·                 ACP-EU relations.

5.               Discussions on specific issues with non-ACP Heads of State and Government, Heads of major international corporations, Heads of regional and international institutions and leaders of Civil Society.
